The objective of D5.6 is to present the actions taken and the events organized in order to make SMEs and OIC members aware of the GourMed results and achievements. The information will be continuously updated until the end of the project, but a preliminary identification of the main results and potential paths for exploitation has already been conducted. The dissemination includes tools and business models for local food clusters and SMEs, institutional solutions to enhance small-actor food supply chain competitiveness, analysis of increasing added value of local products, technology-based solutions for transparency and fairness in trade prices, promotion of traditional Mediterranean ingredients, and policy recommendations for improving sustainability and profitability of small-actor food supply chains.
