D5.1 aims at developing a detailed communication strategy and dissemination for the needs of the GourMed project. The effective dissemination of the project’s activities and results are of vital importance for the successful implementation of the GourMed project, since its aim is to provide new models and tools to small actor agri-food value chains across the MED region in order to enhance their competitiveness and value creation.
The present deliverable identifies an initial list of stakeholders to be targeted and engaged to the GourMed activities in order to promote the project and share the results widely among interested value chain actors. This document is a living document that will be regularly updated providing information about past dissemination activities of the project as well as the planning for the future time period.
This deliverable was developed on the basis of six valuable questions that need to be answered in order to develop a robust dissemination plan. The questions addressed are i) who are the crucial stakeholders to be targeted, ii) how do we bring these stakeholders on board, iii) which are the messages to be used, iv) through which channels and by using which tools do we meet the information needs of the target audiences, v) which is the time plan for the foreseen actions and vi) how do we monitor the progress and how do we assess the success of the dissemination strategy.
