D1.2 Identification of attributes driving fair products purchasing and consumption

Deliverable 1.2 aims at identifying the attributes driving fair product production, purchasing and consumption. The definition of these elements is achieved by creating a fair product inventory of the existing fair products commercialized. Deliverable 1.2. applied the fairness definition developed in Deliverable 1.1. Its content is the result of data collection of fair food products and companies (from now on products). The data was extracted from the information written on the product packages, official websites of products and official published reports. In addition, the researchers physically visited retailers and points of sale to gather the information written on the package. This multi-source process for data collection was negotiated with partners through constructive dialogue, project meetings, workshops, and the exchange of emails.
